• Payment Security: Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information
• Payment Confirmation: Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds or valid payment credentials

6. Delivery

We work hard to deliver your pet products safely and on time:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and delivery partner schedules
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address during delivery hours
• If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or delivery partner
• We currently deliver within India. International shipping may be available for select products (subject to additional terms)
